I am trying to eat better. So far I have cut most meat out of my diet, but I don’t want to cut it out completely, and the meat that I do eat I want to be better quality and locally sourced. Any suggestions? I literally have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to eating “clean”… I’ve been eating out of a frying pan pretty much my whole life and I am switching to a pretty “plant based” diet, avoiding gmo’s and all that nonsense. This is my jumping off point, and I have no idea what I’m doing! Any advice is greatly appreciated with this, not just in the meat department. I am going to that vegan deli on high street if anyone has any suggestions on what is good to eat from there, or if that is even a good place to start. Thank you!
