Tl;Dr: I have a matted male cat that needs a shave, and I'm a broke college student.

Hey everyone! I'm reaching out to see if anyone can recommend a cat groomer. I inherited a family cat a while back and I've noticed he has some mats along his back, and he isn't grooming himself as much. I know I should take him to the vet, but I'm a very broke college student and his life doesn't seem to be in danger. If anyone can recommend a budget friendly cat groomer that would be awesome! For context he is a 13 year old domestic shorthair with a very thick velvety coat. He has never been groomed before and does not do well in the bath, but I have some sedatives he used on the plane when I brought him up here. My budget would ideally be less than $50.
