Are there any wooded areas that are long(ish) where I can go hiking with my dog? I looked at a few online, but I thought I could get more results by asking the ālocalsā (obviously, I know this is a Columbus sub) who may have better knowledge about the area.
I guess for that matter, does anyone know of any good hiking that is within a 30 min drive from downtown? We like to walk approximately 4-6 miles or so (with obvious long breaks in between for lunch and hydration). The only wooded area that Iāve been that I can think of near by is batelle darby metro park, but a lot of the trails donāt allow dogs, and the ones that do are kind of short for our liking, which is a bummer!
I can obviously google this and I have, but I would like to get otherās opinions and personal experiences. We donāt mind hills and lots of elevation!
