I just got a doodle mix! He is such a fantastic and calm and cool handsome young man (needs a haircut!) but I am just about out of the food that the shelter gave me to tide him over for the first few days. He was eating Hills science diet but the shelter said that I could switch it to whatever I wanted. Does anyone else have a poodle or doodle and have any brand recommendations? I’ve looked online, and it sounds like I need to stay away from grain based dog kibble. I guess I should have said that- I’m talking about kibble and not wet food.
