Hey folks! I am moving to Columbia later this year for work, the title pretty much says it all. I am a 26M, single, and would love to be surrounded by other young people. Preferably a demographic that is older than college undergrads, but younger than 30-40 year old married couples. I love all the things that everyone else loves (outdoor activities, craft beer, coffee shops, etc). Any advice? I have heard maybe try Elmwood, Rosewood, or Earlwood. I am also looking in the middle of downtown (the noise and people don’t bother me one bit). Any other neighborhood suggestions for me? TIA!
