Need recommendations for a good tenant/landlord lawyer

As title says. We are currently in a dispute with our property manager. They are trying to charge us for normal wear and tear.
They lied about how much our security deposit was, we have the proof. They are also trying to charge us for a washing machine that was there when we got there. You can even see it in the listing photos on Zillow.
