I'm going to tell this story as often as I get the opportunity: I deliver food for a living and one day last winter I delivered to the Colts complex for the first time. After docking in, security hadn't made it to the door to let me in. Adam came to the door from the parking lot and let me in (it was freezing and I had a few hundred pounds of fish on a dolly). He held both doors for me into the building and couldn't have been a nicer guy.
