Alpha Dimension Properties: any good? Bad?

Hey guys, so I'm looking at renting from Alpha dimension properties and I was curious to hear if anyone has dealt with them. They have some really bad reviews online, but only like 5 of them (with no other reviews), so I'm not sure if they just had some crappy tenants.
So anyone have any good/bad experiences with them?
