As a new franchise and "new hockey town", Seattle couldn't have had a better first opponent to face with the Colorado fanbase and elite talent.

I know reddit and twitter can get heated, with only the idiots getting visibility but I have to say...

What did the Avs do to the hockey gods to deserve such a ridiculous curse?

Not only missing the heart of the team in Landy, but Makar was hurt going into the series and Lehky played with a broken finger (i think) and with Manson & Cogs getting injured and Nuke getting wrapped up in SEX TRAFFICKING...

Plus the Makar/Eberle debacle (They both deserved a game suspension)...

I hope Sakic, MacFarland and Bednar make the right moves this off season and the Avs silence all the haters next year. A truly great team - looking forward to Avs games next year, already.
