Hi everyone!
I'm not a pretty particular type of person in my everyday life, but when it comes to colognes (scents), I've always been very picky.
My co-worker told me about the ever so popular cologne "Tobacco vanilla" years ago, which in my head could be a really unique sent. But when I smelled it, frankly I was a bit underwhelmed. Now I'm well aware that it's a subjective opinion and I do not say it's a bad smell, I just imagine something else.
That's when I came across "Malaika" vanilla with a touch of a floral note from jasmine as well as our and amber. This one smells sort of like how I imagined "Tobacco vanilla" would smell like but it's WAY better for like 1/3 of the price.
To me this is one of the most price worthy colognes that also lasts very long as it's a roll on cologne.
Here's a link to it: www.portaumansa.com
I also have Gorbee Island which is a very fresh spring/summertime scents that is a nice casual scent to have.
I've smelled 4 in total as I ordered their sample kit:
Malaika - 9/10
Gorbee Island - 7/10
Shinjuku - 9/10 , a tad bit more on the feminine side, but everytime I've worn it a always get complements from the ladies. One ofnthr lost unique scents I've ever come across to be honest
Dead presidents - 5/10 , this one was ok but I didn't think it stood out too much.
