HOW TO READ THIS TABLE
I finished a slight redesign of the table this week. Please let me know what you think. Pros: more freedom with the colors (and styling in general), bigger title block, tie-awareness, more automation (Imgur uploads!), silly low-effort logo in the top-right corner. Cons: The widest version of this new font just looks bold, Imgur compresses images uploaded via the API and nobody has answered this Stack Overflow question that would solve that problem, and the gridlines drawn over the Wilner Diagonals is a bug, but I don't think it looks that terrible and would take a nontrivial amount of work to fix.
This enables certain new abilities (see the new color schemes and nicer header), but it also brings in some bugs that I can't iron out. The gridlines overlapping the Wilner diagonals totally "give it character" and don't "look ridiculous," right? Oh, and I have a tiny, should-have-put-in-more-effort logo of my own in the corner now! But on a serious note, please let me know if you have any cool ideas for other color schemes.
Teams are ranked in their order from the Logo AP Poll for the current week. The column to the right of the team name shows the number of points that team received using the AP Poll's Borda count rules. The following columns show how many votes for each ranking the team received. The 'U' column shows how many voters left the team unranked (off their ballots entirely). Gridlines are placed every 5 rows and columns for ease of reading. A thick line is placed below the 25th-ranked team to distinguish "ranked" teams above it to "receiving votes" teams below it.
Some cells are shaded to highlight points of interest. The green diagonal highlights how many voters ranked a team exactly where they ended up in the overall poll. For example, Logo Texas is ranked 10th in this week's poll, and 12 voters placed the Longhorns exactly in their 10th spot. Values for which a team received no votes at that rank are shaded in red, while placements chosen by only exactly one voter are highlighted in blue. The most common selection (the mode) for each team is shaded yellow. Finally, since there are very few votes that ever end up near the top-right or bottom-left of the chart, those cells are filled in with black diagonally as much as possible without covering up any nonzero values. This helps naturally guide the eye while viewing the chart and helps locate the most unusual votes. We lightheartedly call these the "Wilner" diagonals. We also poke fun at the #N team in Week N, so Logo IOUwa State at 12 is not a typo.
NOTES FOR THIS WEEK
This week, the upper Wilner Diagonal was set by David Thomson, who just kinda... forgot about Logo California Los Angeles. Nobody else put the Bruins lower than 11th and Thompson had them 5th last week, so this appears to be a mistake and not a supremely hot take. Thompson's gaffe was a whopping 18 spots below the consensus rank. And it seems as though it actually mattered, since Logo Virginia was only 5 points above them for 7th. On the other hand, 33 voters had Virginia higher and only 29 had California Los Angeles higher, so maybe it doesn't matter. If we ignore it, the next-most Wilnery votes on the top side belong to Seth Davis and Dylan Sinn, who left off Logo Auburn. Those choices were 11 points below the Tigers' actual rank. The lower Wilner Diagonal was set by whoever you feel like putting at the bottom of the receiving votes section. Any of Logo Memphis, Logo Oral Roberts, or Logo Wake Forest could get the honor, courtesy of Andrew Kahn, David Cloninger, and Stefan Krajisnik, respectively. The lowest-ranked team to appear on all 62 ballots was 14th-ranked Logo Gonzaga. Conversely, the highest-ranked squad to be left off at least one ballot was Logo California Los Angeles in 8th place.
109 votes were cast for teams outside the Top 25, totaling 352 points. 305 votes matched their the team's rank in the poll. The most-matched teams this week were Logo Purdue and Logo Alabama, with 39 voters placing the Boilermakers and Crimson Tide in 1st or 2nd place. On the other hand, the least-matched team was Logo Clemson, given that only 2 voters had the Tigers in their 23rd spot. Moreover, 738 votes were within ± 1 rank, 1008 votes were within ± 2 ranks, 1186 were within ± 3 ranks, 1297 were within ± 4 ranks, 1370 were within ± 5 ranks, and 1441 votes were within ± 10 ranks. Note that this does not count a 25th-place vote for a team in 27th place as being within 2 ranks because we don't know if the voters who left them unranked would have had the team at 26th, 27th, 30th, 50th, and so on. This means that ranks below 25 are not suitable for comparison directly to whatever rank they end up being.
44 teams received at least one vote this week. 2 teams (Logo Oral Roberts and Logo Wake Forest) received their first votes of the season this week, bringing the total for the year to 80 different teams. I broke the emoji spam part of the code, so no cluster of logos this week :/

SPECIAL THANKS
I would like to thank u/bakonydraco for providing the data set that makes this post possible. If you like this table, then you will also like his weekly voter-by-voter ballot breakdown. That post is also great for answering your "Who ranked [team] at [place]?" questions. Check out this week's version here!
