I know, the title is pretty stupid but hear me out. I've been having complications kasi with my current university (red school sa Baguio amen). I'm enrolled in their specialized Computer Science program, kaya for freshman year hindi sila ang directly nag h-handle ng subjects ko. Taga lagay lang sila ng grades but I have different profs ganon, problem is ang dami ko other issues with the other institution directly managing my education.

I just wanna ask if it's impossible or "illegal" to try and submit my hs TOR kung sakali mag apply ako to a different university and just say nag gap year ako? Kasi yung academic year sa red school tapos naman na pero my classes with the other institution, September pa tapos if I wanna have a complete TOR and other documents needed for transfering students. For Christ's sake 1st Sem grades ko nga wala pa eh.
