anyone transferred from FEU to a state uni na bagsak sa wrp?

TLDR: i have to transfer to a state uni because FEU's tuition has become too expensive and MIGHT shift too.
One thing I'm worried about is the fact that I failed WRP/FLJ which is...a bullshit subject that I only failed kasi I had 0.5 points less on one bkt list. A lot of the state unis I'm looking into have no failing marks as a requirement.
Has anyone who transferred from FEU done the same?
