Advice in transferring of schools

School Dilemma - Help me decide!

As the title suggest. I am planning on transferring, pero Napapa isip ako kasi ang layo ng course ko now and the course I wanna tranfer in. I'm currently an Information Technology Student, Second year. and I want to tranfer school sa MAAP and chose the Marine Transportation course.

My main issue is that I'm supposedly 3rd year next school year, but I'm afraid na baka ma behind ako kasi nga di ako naka 1st and 2nd year sa course na yun. Should I be an irregular student or go back to Zero? what's your advice?
