Charged for avatar but nowhere in my Reddit

Hopefully some Reddit employee or mod can help me. I was charged for 2 avatars but still haven't got it. It is a nyan cat and Rojom The Masks.
It is also not available in my Style Avatar tab and even not in vault. Should I file for a refund or wait for Reddit to resolve this?
Google play refund is only valid for 48hours from purchase, so time is running out for me.
