Under the promises made by His Imperial Majesty, the announcement of the formation of the Tigrinyas Self Defence Force (TSDF) has been made under Imperial Decree. The time was never better for the TSDF to be formed as skirmishes and raids have started to occur under the banner of the Eritrean Liberation Front (ELF). As the ELF was mainly under the leadership of the Muslim population of the Tigrinyas Autonomous Region (TAR), the TSDF must be able to ensure that their religious values do not interfere with their obligation to ensure peace in the region.

The Tigrinyas Self Defence Force

ARTICLE 1

1.a) WHEREAS, the TIGRINYAS SELF DEFENCE FORCE will be formed under Imperial Decree;

1.b) and WHEREAS, the TIGRINYAS SELF DEFENCE FORCE will be at a strength of one-thousand men

1.c) and WHEREAS, the TIGRINYAS SELF DEFENCE FORCE will be made up of five-hundred Christian Tingrinyas, two-hundred-and-fifty Muslim Tigre, two-hundred-and-fifty Christian Kunama

ARTICLE 2

2.a) WHEREAS, the TIGRINYAS SELF DEFENCE FORCE will be entitled to peace-keeping operations and counter-terrorism

2.b) and WHEREAS, the TIGRINYAS SELF DEFENCE FORCE will be equipped by the Imperial Ethiopian Army and trained by the Imperial Bodyguard

2.c) and WHEARAS, the TIGRINYAS SELF DEFENCE FORCE will be the legal and official defence force of the Tigrinyas Autonomous Region

The Tigrinyas Self Defence Force will be established with a funding of $290,000 USD ~ to purchase weapons as well as uniforms, munitions, and building up small checkpoitns.
