As the Arab nations work tirelessly to declare war and march on the newly independent binational, UN-mandated State of Palestine, Prime Minister Ben-Gurion and the new leaders of the IDF announce the call of conscription for every able-bodied man and woman in Palestine. In reality, this would almost only apply to Jewish residents in Palestine who were not actively boycotting or otherwise dissenting the State of Palestine. The vast amount of US arms bought and delivered into Palestine would fill the armories, and now the arms, of thousands of brave Zionist fighters for Palestine. The refusal of many Palestinian citizens, almost all of which were specifically the Muslim portion of the population, to follow the conscription laws would be used as excuses to force mass removals of Arabs from Jewish-majority urban areas.
