Operation Jericho

A number of individuals within contact of Nahum Goldmann and Chaim Weizzmann with varied allegiance to the Zionist paramilitaries and parties in Mandatory Palestine have signed deals with major arms giants within the United States to purchase military surplus dirt cheap as private individuals. These men have been put in contact with the leadership of the Jewish Agency, primarily David Ben-Gurion who have developed relationships with the American Intelligence Community.

The Americans have given support in pilots and their planes who share the dream of an Israel in Palestine, finding support amongst Jews in America as well as those who saw the horrors of the Nazis first hand. These men would serve with their Jewish contacts to transport the equipment into Palestine by air into Jewish airfields.

Another key element will be an airfield nearby to Palestine that the Americans and Zionists can fly into and out of with the weaponry. This would supplied by the Turks out of Adana Aerodrome, giving ample space to allow planes to enter and leave with their precious cargo. It would also allow much of the supply to be brought in easily by ship, easing the logistical effort of getting it across the Atlantic and into the Mediterranean.
