After hearing some concerning reports coming from Yunnan, the PRC would like to enter discussions with the Union of Burma regarding the previously agreed proposal regarding the status of the fugitive KMT. Considering they are using Burma as an operating base, we would like the Burmese Government's permission to launch a joint-operation aimed at eliminating the KMT in the Burmese highlands and provide security to both the PRC and Burma proper.
