Please find below submissions to the United Nations from 1960.

Voting will close at 23:59 UTC on Monday, November 22nd. All votes at that time will be considered final.

Security Council:

The following resolution was lodged with the Security Council and will now be voted upon (author/sponsor in brackets):

• S/RES/15/66 (Membership of Romanistan) - Kingdom of Romanistan to join the United Nations.

• S/RES/15/67 (Membership of Republic of Vietnam) - Republic of Vietnam to join the United Nations.

• S/RES/15/68 (Membership of Japan) - State of Japan to join the United Nations.

• S/RES/15/69 (Membership of Somali Republic) - Somali Republic to join the United Nations.

The following nominations were made to replace the West Indies Federation (British Commonwealth), the Dravidian Federal Republic (Eastern Europe and Asia), and the Federative Republic of Brazil (Latin America). As such, voting for the 1961-1962 Security Council seats shall be as follows (sponsors in brackets).

• British Commonwealth: Federation of Malaya (Iran) vs Dominion of Ghana (Iran)

• Eastern Europe and Asia: Mongolian People's Republic(Mongolia)

• Latin America: Republic of Cuba (Ghana)

General Assembly:

The following resolutions were lodged with the General Assembly and will now be voted upon (author/sponsor in brackets):

• A/RES/15/142 (Annual Report from Secretary-General) - Do you support Dag Hammarskjöld's continued tenure as the Secretary-General of the United Nations? (General Assembly)

• A/RES/15/143 (Urge all UNSC Permanent Members to ratify A/RES/12/105) - Urge all UNSC Permanent Members to ratify A/RES/12/105. (Afghanistan) [M] Note that the United Kingdom is the only remaining member of the P5 not to ratify A/RES/12/105, and therefore the only obstacle to UNSC reform. [/M]

• A/RES/15/144 (Membership of Romanistan) - Kingdom of Romanistan to join the United Nations.

• A/RES/15/145 (Membership of Republic of Vietnam) - Republic of Vietnam to join the United Nations.

• A/RES/15/146 (Membership of Japan) - State of Japan to join the United Nations.

• A/RES/15/147 (Membership of Somali Republic) - Somali Republic to join the United Nations.

• A/RES/15/148 (The Antarctic Treaty) - Urge nations to sign the Antarctic Treaty.

[X] indicates an issue that has been deemed an important question under the United Nations Charter. This resolution requires a 2/3rds majority to pass.

[A] indicates that the resolution proposes changes to the United Nations Charter. In order for the Charter to be amended, the resolution must pass a 2/3rds vote in the General Assembly and be ratified by the governments of 2/3rds of the United Nations' member states, including the governments of all five Permanent Members of the Security Council.

Trusteeship Council:

The following proposals were lodged with the Trusteeship Council and will now be voted upon (author/sponsor in brackets):

• T/15/1 (Ethnic Relations in Ruanda-Urundi) - Investigate the Kingdom of Belgium's activity in the Trust Territory of Ruanda-Urundi, focusing particularly on whether steps have been taken to ensure an equal legal status of Hutu and Tutsi populations. (Ghana)

International Court of Justice:

International Criminal Court:
