Every day new recruits arrive on our doorstep, begging to fight for their freedom, to drive the oppressors from our lands. Though we are grateful for their willingness, for every new recruit, many of our fine freedom fighters are murdered by the mercenaries of apartheid. Even those of our supporters who do not wield weapons of war, but educate the masses and hold Pretoria to account, are targets of abuse. Dragged from their homes, beaten in the streets, murdered or disappeared for no crime but asking for their freedom. The West, for all their talk of liberty, merely issue condemnations, but no help has materialised.

To that end, we must turn to those nations which have fought and won their liberation struggles. Our forces are outnumbered, but you can help us shift the balance. We humbly request that our brothers and sisters of international liberation volunteer to aid us in our fight against the evils of apartheid. To avoid your great nations of being accused of meddling in foreign affairs, we only ask that these men be volunteers, however if you wish to send people with military training and weapons, we will welcome them with open arms.
