According to the powers that be (#mechanics-and-questions), we have an annual $10,000,000 USD coming in from Jewish donations all over the world. This is hampered by us having the economy of a Boy Scout's camping site so far and only slightly more people, so we are going to use this to make an actual nation so more people invest next year.

$500,000 will be used for our military. It will mostly be used for procurement and building military infrastructure. We will build a small army base in our capital that can house 500 soldiers comfortably including future equipment, of which we will recruit 200 for now.

The majority, $6,000,000 will be spent towards the construction of our three model cities. We aim to construct at least the roads and enough of the cities to house our existing population this year and be on our way to facilitate further expansion. We will also spend $500,000 to start constructing an airport on the far outskirts of our capital. While we can't build any sizeable terminals with this money or many tourist amenities, hopefully we can erect a warehouse or two and a sizeable runway. There will be plenty of space left though for future expansion.

$2,000,000 will be used for the development of the local economy beyond building the city. Some will be used to support the development of necessary local businesses to service the Jewish community and subsidize imports for the time building. Most of it will be to build the (probably limited) infrastructure needed to start tourism, including basic bathrooms, "ferry terminals" (really just little outside docks that people can wait for boats in), hire tourist guides, and print shiny pamphlets to send to travel agencies in the United States. We have some beautiful islands and extremely prevalent and diverse wildlife in these isles, and the vast majority of our tourism will likely be based on these intrinsic strengths. It is going to Africa without "going to Africa". We will also spend this budget on buying surplus, de armed Flower-class corvettes from the British to use for both our nascent fishing industry and to ferry tourists around. We would like to buy some which will go to scrap anyways for a nominal price (still probably more than scrap value though). We are willing to buy 20 of these for $25,000 each. While we're at it, we would like to request that the UK let us move the assets and the registration of the Anglo-Palestine Bank so that we can give farmers and fishers loans, since these banks were mostly just involved with land purchases and imports, as well as typical bank stuff, instead of any of the more violent charges that the Jordanians bring against the independence movement as a whole.

The remaining $1,000,000 will be invested in the start of the Jewish Sovereign Wealth Fund. Since we can only invest so much money in our own territories given that they are only really good for fishing and tourism, part of our "GDP" will have to come from foreign holdings by our state. We will invest in blue chip equity in the United States, Canada, Japan, Spain, and Portugal for the time being. While we don't have enough money to buy controlling shares in really any safe investment without abandoning any sort of diversification, we can spread our money out and hope that we can ride the waves of other country's economies and pump the money into our own, while keeping out money relatively safe.
