It was early in the morning when many officers of the Iranian military received the order. Soviet soldiers had finally removed themselves from the entirety of the Iranian nation, and the green light to put down the rebellious Azeris and Kurds was given. Both of the separatist states lack any form of military and many lack any significant equipment, and thus most of the orders are in relation to how to treat the civilian populace. Should any civilian threaten a soldier with potentially lethal force, there is legal right for the soldier to return fire with lethal force. Those who hold any rank or position within the makeshift military or civil service of either of the states are to be arrested and sent to Tehran to stand for trial for their crimes. Aircraft is to be used for reconnaissance and taking out fortified positions while tanks and infantry are to be used to control important areas and large civilian centers.
