The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has recently officially gone to war with the imperialist-backed puppet state in Seoul. This is a civil war, as the Seoul government is illegitimate, artificially created by the United States after the Global War Against Fascism, after dissolving the native People's Republic of Korea, and the DPRK is the sole legitimate successor to the PRK.

As such, this is a matter to leave to the Koreans.

If any imperialist forces or volunteers intervene on the side of the illegitimate and oppressive Republic of Korea then the People's Republic of China will authorize for her own people to fight in Korea as volunteers. We will not formally intervene as this is a war for the Korean people to decide, but our people have an interest in seeing the total liberation of Korea and so, should imperialists decide to attempt to stop this unification, we will not hinder our own people's efforts to help.
