We have tried every peaceful and complicit avenue. We've gotten superpowers to sponsor our entry into the United Nations, we've calmly and politely declared that the United Nations is in violation of its own charter, and we have done everything to ensure the world understands the massive effect this will have on the influence of the UN.

Yet they don't listen.

What does it take to get the United States to understand that China is legally required to be in the UN? Well more then we can do, apparently. So we will sue them. The case has already been submitted to The International Court, and now the United States, and those nations who reject the idea of Chinese membership in the UN, must either accept or decline the court case.

If they accept, we will win, as there is no loophole to exploit, no vague wording, nothing. It is explicitly stated that China must be a permanent member of the UNSC.

If they decline... well that will severely, severely, decrease the power of the UN, its overall influence, and will show the world that the United States does not care about the international law they helped create. Imagine the chaos! Imagine the destruction! Europe will lose its power, the United States will lose its dignity, and the next World War would most likely follow soon after, as our cooperation keeps the peace! Failure to comply will demonstrate the failure of the US, UN and the UNSC to adhere to even their own internal organization. It will strip all facades of legitimacy away from the UN, which, should this case be denied, will blatantly be revealed as the capitalist west's puppet organization, and not the international association of peers it is supposed to be!

So, signatory of the charter, what will it be? Will you follow your own rules?
