After two years of great victories against the fascist Kuomintang armies, we must take advantage of our position and continue to strike at the most economically important parts of China before the KMT has time to regroup and fortify! We plan to advance south along the coast in a two-pronged invasion, in addition to a smaller penetration of the foothills in the west. Having captures huge amounts of Kuomintang airplanes, mostly American fighters and bombers, in addition to KMT tanks, trucks, rifles, ammunition, machine guns, and artillery... not to mention the products we make ourselves in our Manchurian and coastal factories, and the great amount of material aid coming from the Soviet Union, we are no longer at a material disadvantage!

For years we have struggled against the superior numbers and materials of the Kuomintang, yet now we outnumber and outgun them! Our victory is looking more and more inevitable, and soon we will have freed all Chinese from fascist rule!

450,000 men will move south along the coast, utilizing the superior infrastructure of this region to motorize and mechanize the invasion force as much as possible. For the first time in the war, the Communists will be fully utilizing planes and tanks. We will have air support, superior cavalry, and artillery to completely eradicate their land strength. 250,000 men will move further inland, in order to completely cutoff the Kuomintang from the coastline. Both armies will then meet up with the communist guerrillas in the south, who will further their movement with increased vigor, organizing and becoming an army themselves.

Additionally a smaller army of only 150,000 men will move south-west to occupy the hilly lands there, attempting to surround the city of Chongqing, the old wartime capital of the Kuomintang, and supposedly the "ricebasket" of China. Soon the Chinese Heartland, the Han and Canton regions, will be ours, and the Kuomintang will be forced west into the hills.

Additionally we will begin the increased agitation of communists on the island of Taiwan, in order to secure the island. The Taiwanese have always been disenfranchised by the Kuomintang, and are angry at the current government for their lack of strength against the Japanese... this is our chance to secure the region for ourselves!
