But, there are those who wish to stifle our progress, for whatever reasons they have they wish to keep the Somali people underfoot. Will we allow these people to do as they wish? To stop our great progress? No, I say! We shall keep them from stopping us, we shall march forward! With the instability in the world that has been seeing lately, the Prime Minister and Parliament are taking measures to ensure stability in Somaliland. Thus the Wasaaradda Ilaalinta Soomaali, or in English the Ministry of Somali Protection, to ensure domestic protection for the Somali nation. They shall provide security to the Prime Minister, as well as gaining intelligence of domestic plots. We ask for our trustee partner to share methods that have proven successful to better train our agents.

Another purpose of the WIS is infiltration of foreign areas with large Somali populations to promote Pan-Somalisim and the idea of a single unified state for the Somali people. They will push both the Somaliland government and the foreign government for a referendum to join the unified Somali state, and if necessary push for armed uprising.

The interim head of the WIS shall be Prime Minister Issa, until proper training can be given and a proper head selected.
