Said bin Taimur, the Sultan of Oman and Muscat, decided to announce his countries entry onto the world stage. He establishes himself and his country as strongly neutral, but will not be afraid to defend his nation, or attack another, if the time shall come. Oman is an ancient country, governed by a just and fair absolute monarchy, and the time has come for Oman to rise up and take control of it's destiny in this brave, yet dangerous, new world.
