Seoul Central Broadcasting Station and various other media organs have begun reporting on a major controversy in Korean Society. The prosecutors of the Ministry of Justice have been slowly unravelling a vast and complex conspiracy.

The salacious details excite the imagination of anti communist Koreans like never before, the scope and intricacy of the conspiracy is so great. Listeners and readers of Korean media are given a tale of communist infiltration. These agents sent from the North have been part of a vast and secret Worker's Party of Korea operation to build safehouses from whence their operatives can construct explosive devices. Before the brave agents of the Korean Counter Intelligence Corps intervened, they had devised a list of targets around the country, a mixture of both fake and real targets.

Some members of the conspiracy have disclosed to the courts great details on this plot and agreed to become informants and provide testimony on fellow conspirators as part of a plea deal. This has resulted in an eye watering number of arrests as the KCIC and ROKA use this precedent as an excuse to begin comprehensive sweeps.

President Rhee has made a statement condemning all those who would cooperate with a vile and perfidious Communist International to murder Korean women and children in the hopes of terrifying the Korean people into submission. He vows that no amount of terrorism will ever break the will of the Korean population, and asserts that the Korean people must now prepare themselves for a new war, a war of shadowy infiltration in which fake Koreans will attempt to camouflage among real Koreans.
