Help for a completely new player.

I will make this short, I’m completely new, my aim is trash. I want to get better and everyone says play vs bots. My problem with that is you gain no XP or weapon XP. Playing zombies has ben a saving grace, however they don’t shoot back. It’s a lot different and especially for a new player. I don’t mind being killed often in multiplayer, however I get anxiety that I’m ruining my teams experience, it stops me from enjoying my experience. Not sure what the answer is here.
