Not the only one, as you can prove with some quick search, but oh why does it have to be this painful and exemplifying everything customer support shouldn't be. Why can't Coinbase support be actually useful, trying to offer ways to solve the issues – and I have offered to do basically anything I could think of, that other companies are using to authenticate or help their customers. But no, they are like Meatloaf, I'd do anything but that. The worst is the dropped communications. you have to send several for them to answer mails, or open up new ticket or new way for communication for them to become active. And of course, the broken promises, like you'll get a email after 24h hours – no you won't.
Have never despised a company and the process it forces me to go through as much as I have with Coinbase.
