Withdrawal issues say the transfer was completed but my bank has not received the funds been three weeks now.

Hello again, sorry for reposting about the same issue but I've submitted multiple tickets and posts and not heard back from any of them. I've called my bank twice and they've confirmed that no funds were debited to my account nor are there any incoming transactions. I've written two tickets and I haven't heard anything back from either, please could you take a look!
