Two weeks for bank account to be verified?

Hi all,

I wonder if someone here could give me advice. It's been two weeks since I made the verification transaction from my bank account to coinbase, and I am still unverified. I've recieved the money back from them, but I'm still unable to make a deposit from my account. I even sent the verification transaction a second time in case I had screwed up the code or something, but still nothing. I put a coinbase support ticket in a week ago, and I've heard nothing.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get this sorted out?
