I was trying to move from Coinbase to Coinbase Pro. I have around $300 worth of various assets on Coinbase that I want to move over. For most of them, it says my funds are on hold. I seem to be able to only transfer portions of funds where I have a > $50 balance. So I was able to move about $50/100 BTC, $30/80 ZRX, $5/55 of XTZ, etc. Date did not seem to matter, for example I'm not able to move any of my $41 of XRP purchased on 4/29, but the others I was able to move were all purchased sometime after that (e.g. BTC on 5/10).
First - is this written somewhere? I haven't seen it anywhere and most info dealing with "funds on hold" had to do with a holding period.
Second - if this is the case, does this mean I'm stuck with selling those assets I can't transfer directly on Coinbase instead of being able to move them to Coinbase Pro? I realize I could send them elsewhere but that ends up costing a network fee and I was hoping to take advantage of the lower fees on Coinbase Pro with the free transfer.
