The coffee drips very slowly (drop-by-drop over 4-8 hours) over the ground coffee (in the middle) resulting in coffee (in the bottom).
My strategy for building one:
The top part will be a separatory funnel
The middle part is a Buchner funnel, with a fritted glass disc filter
The bottom part is really anything that holds liquid, such as an Erlenmeyer flask
My questions:
Where the best place to buy online?
Is there anything I should know, considering the equipment will be used for food?
For the funnel, do stopcocks exists that are made entirely of glass? I'd like to avoid the PTFE-based ones for health concerns.
How can I hold it all together, is there some kind of stand made for this purpose?
