There's a cafe in Venice called intelligentsia that has a bunch of different types of espresso and coffee. I used to work in a coffee shop and fell in love with the magical beans, but I don't know much about different varieties as they only sold illy beans. I went to intelligentsia a few days ago and just asked for a double shot not knowing they had multiple varieties. He cup he gave me was some of the most complex and unique coffee product i have ever had. I had to leave in a rush so I forgot to ask what it was called, but I defiantly plan on going back to try some more.this time unwound like to be able to make an informed decision on which one I get.
