Alright everyone, I'm pretty new here, just got a Breville precision Brewer and a kalita wave 185. obviously not looking for the best coffee in the world, but good enough to keep me out of Starbucks.
Now, I need a good grinder. I don't drink espresso. So I don't need it to have super fine adjustability. I DO want quality construction, ease of use, and a consistent grind. I've read a lot here and I've been considering the :
capresso infinity ( because cheap)
baratza encore ( regular or m2 burr, can you order them from baratza with the burr upgrade installed at extra cost?)
brim conical burr (same thing as the wilfa svart, which is arguably the same level as the encore)
breville smart ( mixed reviews, mostly just like the idea of matching appliances)
kitchenaid burr grinder ( matches my stand mixer and is more than I'd like to spend tbh.)
hario v60 electric,
Kalita nice cut or similar. ( would have to be used or HEAVILY discounted)
don't want anything manual unless it will effortlessly grind 40g in a minute and isn't $300.
anything else that's great for everything from pour over to cold brew? I need input.
