Inconsistent Grind Size on baratza virtuoso grinder? Help appreciated.
Post Body

I recently upgraded to a Baratza Virtuoso grinder. However, it seems like my grind size is very inconsistent (or seemingly more inconsistent than with my old Bodum grinder, which this is supposed to be better than!)

This grind was done on setting 24, with a couple of whole coffee beans thrown in there for size reference. It seems like there are a lot of very big chunks of coffee bean, and a lot of very small chunks of coffee bean. What's going on here?

P.S. My coffee tastes much worse than it used to. A bit sour and underextracted.

edit: r/coffee came to the rescue! My burr collar was 180 degrees off where it should be. thank you u/lbox88 and u/greeencoffeee!
