What do you do to make your perfect cup of coffee?
I have been using 1/4 cup of grinds for about 2 US fluid cups worth of water heated to 190o - 195o f , I'll let the coffee step for 3 mins and before I pour I mix up the coffee and grinds with a stir stick which adds more fluffy foam. I like a Colombian and Burundi the best for french pressing.
