This was much easier than I expected. I've always been a half and half and sweetner person (first sugar then sweet n low). I started to get into better coffee. Got a decent grinder, french press and aeropress. I am cutting out dairy and sweetners for the month, but not coffee. After only a week my taste completely changed. the same coffee the week before was more palatable and not bitter without any additives. I DID switch to a light roast, but still. I unfortunately think this was the only thing keeping me from getting too obsessed with coffee and I was missing the nuances apparently. uh oh.
