Hey there, I've recently started to look coffee as a brewing culture amd an entire different hobby. I used to be "just a coffee mate" guys when it came to preparing for my own besides of boutique coffee shops. Where I'm from it's mad expensive to buy entry level grinders but I've ordered what I can for the least price possible to just get into brewing coffee.
And I think that whatever equipment you use, going from using roasted coffee or even instant to grinding beans freshly is a huge jump. Hoping this will improve my coffee experience immensely compared to using "normal" coffee. Thinking about getting light roasted south American beans.
And just like getting into whiskey or bourbon tasting, I feel like it would be more productive to getting started with tasting a wide, generous palette. So what types of beans would provide a lengthy scale of flavours for a starter to experience? I'm not a native speaker and I hope I expressed my mind properly, thank's for your time.
