Noob using Availity for work please help
Post Body

I am not a professional coder and I am using Availity just to gather eligibility/ insurance benefits for my job.

I am seeing

EXCLUDED PROVIDER SPECIALTIES - 001, 008, 011, 016, 022, 026, 030, 057, 058, 092, 093, 101, 102, 104, 111, 118, 119, 122, 129, 382, 388, 539, 593, 594, 598, 711, 725, 735, 737, 738, 739, 740, 741, 742

  • EXCLUDED PROVIDER TYPES - A4, AD, AE, AH, CB, D0, ID, SI, SL, SS, UB, UC, UD

I have found different small list to help me understand the provider specialties. (A larger list would be helpful but not necessary)

However I am needing much help with where to find a list of the EXCLUDED PROVIDER TYPES. I can't find them and need help please.
