I didn’t even know this was a thing until I saw someone mention it on another post in the comments’ section. I googled it and found a meeting that started in 2 minutes online so thought- fuck it, why not? And holy shit, I am overwhelmed with feelings!! So insightful and revealing and profound!
Overall, I’m thankful to be able to have this resource available so I can work on my relationship with myself. I highly recommend it to anyone who is curious about it- I think it’ll be essential for my journey moving forward.
