Feeling a bit overwhelmed with healing. Doing some coloring for now.

I may have overdone it when it came to my healing. I realized today that it's like working out your body. When it's sore, give it a rest. I tend to push things to the extreme and may have worn myself out a bit in the emotional healing department and feeling a bit "sore" in that aspect, especially after my EMDR intake session. Giving it a bit of a rest by coloring in this book I got from the CoDA website. I guess we can call this my "stretching", since it's not completely removed from healing.
