Why does it hurt me so much when my BF plays video games with other people?

Texting my BF tonight and he said he’s playing a 1v1 game with a mutual friend. I responded “oh nice have fun!” but deep down I really feel hurt. It’s so dumb because of course he can do what he wants and I want him to live his own life. And gosh I often play games with him. But still deep down inside me I feel bad. Like I feel hurt.
I really want these feelings to stop.
