Login issues on ARM mac with latest windsurf

Anyone experienced latest windsurf when you try to click login it never opens a browser window, and when you try token / manual the submit button after pasting token doesnt work?
This is on latest osx version and for me on a macbook m3. Not sure how why this is happening as its no error message
