I started watching today, and I'm near the end of season 1, I just finished probably one of the most heart renching episodes of any anime I've watched, bloodstained euphy. And watching her resist the geass but ultimately fail was terrible. Then she finally does resist its effects and she does immediately after not knowing the carnage she was forced to bring upon the people of Japan. It was hard to watch, but what has been harder to watch is lelouches slowly degrading sanity, as he watches the people he loves get hurt. Especially after this episode. I'm not sure if lelouches gonna be able to hang on much longer at this rate. What are your thoughts?
