Is this Copperhead Bundle worth buying credits for?

I am a new player looking to most efficiently build a duplicate base so I can get parts for the unlocks I want. I would like to put $20-30 into points for cases, but I don't know how the depot works sale wise.
Do they ever do MWR specific depot sales or sales on CoD points? This copperhead bundle has what looks like 3 free basic lion crates. Should I buy now or wait for something better?
