Im looking for a sleeve/extender that is a bit more firm. I occasionally suffer from erectile dysfunction and I'd like something to keep my wife's good time going even if I can't keep it up. I've tried the softer sleeves but they go limp as soon as I do. I've looked at the strap on options, but they seem like they would be to much of a hassle. Thank you in advance for any and all help.
