Hi all. Just looking for some feedback. I have been coaching t-ball for a couple years now and our administrator doesn't do alot. I was asked what more they should be doing. Things I have asked and things they don't do are as follows,

Don't open soncession stand and bathrooms for games.

Equipment doesn't all arrive before season starts.

No sponsors are included for team parties or game schedules.

Team photos not organized.

Picking teams 2 weeks before season starts even though sign ups end 2 months before season starts.

These are some of my major concerns. I was wondering if anyone else could give me insight on things I'm missing. I know it's not a lot of info to go on but any kind of information would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
